ULIKER assesses customers in the design of the organisational structure that best suits the needs of their company, in line with their strategy, provides assistance throughout the process of implementing a new organisation structure and helps design and implement an organisational development model that can provide them with an organisation, a workforce and an organisational culture capable of ensuring a high degree of maturity in the culture of the organisation, in combination with a management excellence model.

Companies operate in an increasingly complex, unpredictable, demanding environment, so their organisation structures must be based on providing a response to the need to design organisational models and ways of organising and operating that is sufficiently flexible, dynamic and versatile to fit the needs, demands and challenges that companies face at any given time. As a result, tasks must be segmented into coherent units, those segmented units must be integrated and the desired levels of autonomy within the organisation must be decided upon.

In the current globalised economy, firms must compete on a global level using local solutions: developments in technology and information systems, changes (radical or otherwise) in the structure of supply and demand for products and services, new roles for companies, institutions and people in the generation of wealth and value throughout society and close connections to the values of organisations and to their management and leadership styles are just some of the aspects that make up the framework in which a company must operate.
